The Polar Loop is the company’s first screen-free wearable, created to track activity, sleep and recovery in a low-profile form. It is made to be worn continuously and blends into daily life with a fabric strap and lightweight sensor module available in Greige Sand, Night Black and Brown Copper.
Since everything is captured automatically and synced to the Polar Flow app, users can check their information only when they want to. Automatic workout detection, training support through the Polar Flow app and continuous heart rate readings help build a clearer picture of overall fitness.
The wearable also includes advanced sleep tracking that studies duration and rest patterns to understand how well the body recovers. Battery life can stretch to eight days, and the device can store up to four weeks of data internally, which means collected information stays secure even without syncing.
Polar’s updated sensing technology strengthens accuracy across heart rate, movement and recovery metrics, keeping the experience simple and free from distractions.
Another highlight is that the device is subscription free. All features are unlocked from day one, and the Polar Flow app does not require additional fees. Users can export, delete or view their data at any time, and everything remains protected under European privacy standards.
