While the X300 and X300 Pro feature the Dimensity 9500 chipset, the X300 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Its camera setup is said to include a 200-megapixel LYT-901 primary camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide sensor, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera. It is also tipped to pack a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity.
