OnePlus is expected to unveil the OnePlus Ace 6T later this month in China. Next year, the brand is expected to unveil the OnePlus 15T, a compact flagship phone, in around March 2026 in China. Ahead of the launch, the rumor mill has been gradually revealing details about the 15T. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, has revealed details about the screen refresh rate and weight.
OnePlus 15T screen refresh rate, thickness tipped

The OnePlus 15, Ace 6, and the upcoming Ace 6T are all equipped with 165Hz displays. The new leak suggests that the OnePlus’s upcoming compact phone, which is the OnePlus 15T, will have a 6.3-inch display with support for a 165Hz refresh rate.
Additionally, he also mentioned that the thickness of the device will exceed 8.5mm. To recall, the OnePlus 13 has a 6.32-inch 120Hz OLED screen and measures 8.2mm despite packing a 6,260mAh battery.
Rumors surrounding the OnePlus 15T’s battery size claim that it will pack a battery of around 7,000mAh. With such a significant leap in battery capacity, an increase in device thickness is inevitable.
Other reports have revealed that the OnePlus 15T will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. In terms of build, the device will have a metal middle frame and an IP68-rated body.
In related news, a couple of other compact flagship phones are also said to be in the works for the Chinese market. These include the Oppo Find X9s, Vivo X300s, and Honor Magic 8 Mini. A recent report claimed that the rumored iQOO 15 Mini has been shelved. What sets the OP15T apart from these competitors is that the rivals are expected to feature MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset.
