The Realme Neo 8 has appeared in the database of China’s TENAA certification platform. As expected, the listing has revealed its key specifications well ahead of its launch. Here are the details that have surfaced through its TENAA listing.

The Realme Neo 8 TENAA listing reveals that it has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display offering a 1.5K resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. Reports have revealed that it will also support a 165Hz refresh rate. Rumours have suggested that it will feature a flat display, but the TENAA images seemingly reveal a quad-curved screen.
The Realme Neo 8 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (chip’s name is not explicitly mentioned). Leaks have suggested that the device will ship with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The TENAA listing reveals 8GB / 12GB / 16GB / 24GB RAM options and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB / 1TB storage variants.
The Neo 8 will run on Android 16 with a layer of Realme UI 7. It has a 7,750mAh rated battery, which is said to carry a typical value of 8,000mAh. The device will support 80W fast charging.
The Neo 8’s rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. For selfies, it will feature a 16-megapixel front camera.
As per other reports, the Realme Neo 8 will offer additional features such as an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, a metal frame, a glass back, and an IP68/69 rating. The handset will measure 162 x 77.07 x 8.3mm and weigh 215 grams.
While the phone is expected to hit the Chinese market this month, the company has not yet confirmed its launch date.
