Ever logged into WordPress to publish a post, only to end up spending hours on admin tasks? It happens more often than we probably want to admit. You meant to write, but then you noticed yesterday’s orders needed checking. A landing page needed updating before tomorrow’s promo. And your form needs to be integrated with your email list. An hour disappears before you’ve written a single sentence. What if you could have an AI agent built right into WordPress… one that can handle all of that admin work for you? Imagine opening your dashboard and just asking: “How many orders…
Alas, enhancing ambient audio just isn’t the Wave Lite’s forte. Across all of its modes and various settings, I was only able to achieve a moderate improvement to my hearing. As noted, while the units can get very loud – while keeping hiss to a minimum even at higher volume levels – it’s the quality of the audio that’s a miss here.Voices regularly sounded tinny and thin during my testing, while sharper staccato sounds like keyboard clacks and footsteps could be overpowering. And instead of filtering out low-level background as I would have preferred, the Wave Lites instead boosted the…
Although as a digital nomad I’m always juggling my SIM card between phones, there’s one device that is a mainstay at home and is religiously used when any kind of multimedia or light gaming with the kids is involved. It’s the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, Samsung’s latest high-end tablet (at least until the Galaxy Tab S12 rolls out).I use it mainly for catching up on the latest TV shows and movies, where it excels thanks to the lovely AMOLED screen, superb quad speakers, and fairly compact size that hits just the perfect spot. One UI is also very user-friendly on…
Some malicious apps try to steal your credit card data, while other plant viruses and backdoors on your device, but there’s a new scam that’s much more cunning, BGR reports. This malware is silently bloating your phone bill and stealing money via your carrier.Fake popular apps steal money through subscriptions The scam impersonated popular apps and games | Image by TikTok The scam was uncovered by cybersecurity group Zimperium. It’s a large-scale operation that used more than 200 (nearly 250, actually) fake Android apps to impersonate popular software you’re all familiar with, such as TikTok, Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, Instagram…
Both Microsoft and Samsung have announced that the support for OneDrive gallery sync is officially coming to an end. We’ve been getting hints about this major move for almost a year, and we now have an exact date for when this is going to happen.Only a few months are left Back in 2019, Samsung collaborated with Microsoft to integrate its cloud storage option, OneDrive, into its Galaxy phones. Since then, it has become the default option to back up photos and videos from the Gallery app. It’s very similar to iCloud that you get in iPhones and Google Photos in…
You might not know this, but Waze was an Israeli company when it was purchased by Google for $966 million in 2013. Many figured at the time that Google Maps would use some of Waze’s crowdsourced system to report driving delays based on road closures, police action, weather-related issues, and heavy traffic, and then get shut down by the Alphabet unit.13 years after being bought by Google, Waze and Google Maps co-existBut here we are, nearly 13 years later, and while Google Maps did get some of Waze’s best features, Waze is still around. However, in its birthplace of Israel,…
Smartphone keyboards are among the apps we rarely even notice, but when we have to pay attention, it’s usually because of some sort of an issue. Google’s stock keyboard is not an exception, with many users complaining about a particular issue that may finally get resolved on Android 17.Android 17 may allow you to disable the pesky Gboard globe iconUsers of Google’s Gboard have been complaining about the globe icon that allows them to change the language and takes space at the bottom-right of the display. After the many complaints, it appears that the company may finally allow users to…
Ferrari has revealed another extraordinary creation from its ultra-exclusive Special Projects programme. Meet the Ferrari HC25, a bespoke open-top machine built for one client and unveiled at the Ferrari Racing Days in Austin, Texas. Based on the Ferrari F8 Spider, the HC25 takes Ferrari’s final non-hybrid mid-engined V8 spider platform and reshapes it into something far more dramatic. It keeps the proven mechanical package underneath. However, visually, it heads in an entirely different direction. Created by the Ferrari Design Studio under the leadership of Flavio Manzoni, the HC25 looks ahead to Ferrari’s future while also closing the book on one…
With the co-founder of Anthropic at his side today in Rome, Pope Leo XIV released a major new encyclical—his first—called “Magnifica Humanitas” (“Magnificent Humanity”). It calls for AI to be “disarmed” in service of the common good. “The word is strong,” Leo admits, but he chose the language of “disarmament” deliberately “because this moment needs words capable of attracting attention, awakening consciences, and indicating paths forward for humanity.” AI today must be “freed from logics that turn it into an instrument of domination, exclusion, and death.” The 40,000-word encyclical contains uncompromising critiques of AI-powered autonomous weapons, neo-colonial attitudes towards data…
We have been waiting for the Ferrari Luce for eight years. It was January 2018 when, at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, former Ferrari chairman and CEO Sergio Marchionne first hinted at a “prancing horse” EV to compete with Tesla.“If there is an electric supercar to be built, then Ferrari will be the first,” Marchionne said. “People are amazed at what Tesla did with a supercar: I’m not trying to minimize what Elon, did but I think it’s doable by all of us.”Well, Ferrari has not been the first. But it has certainly taken the award for most…
