T-Mobile is having a festive month in honor of the 10th anniversary of its Tuesdays programs. This month is about more than just occasional gifts and rewards, and customers are overjoyed. One of the perks is weekly Shell discounts, including one-day, $2/gallon gas events in some cities, and oh boy, is T-Mobile delivering.Queuing upFor several hours on Tuesday, select Shell pumps in Los Angeles, Houston, and Chicago let drivers fuel up for just $1.99 per gallon. T-Mobile included everyone in the festivities, meaning you didn’t even have to be a T-Mobile subscriber to enjoy the low rate. That provided massive…
Celebrating 125 years of automotive history, AC Cars has unveiled the production version of the highly anticipated AC Cobra GT Coupe. As a result, the legendary Cobra’s unmistakable character now meets a sleek fixed-roof design, and the newcomer stands as one of the most significant developments in the company’s modern era. Meanwhile, the GT Coupe takes everything enthusiasts admire about the AC Cobra GT Roadster and gives it a sharper, more purposeful personality. With that in mind, its dramatic silhouette, muscular proportions and race-inspired details create a striking presence that demands attention. More importantly, this is not simply a roofed…
The first trailer for Stellar Blade: Blood Rain set a few alarm bells ringing when it was revealed during Summer Game Fest on June 5, and I’m not just talking about all of the suspicions surrounding its alleged use of GenAI. In fact, all anyone can seemingly talk about is the child-like appearance of Stellar Blade: Blood Rain’s new protagonist, Evie. The CEO of its developer, Shift Up, has recently brushed off these complaints in an interview, in which he states that the “physical looks” of Evie are secondary to how much of a “lovable character” she is. Shift Up…

A Florida man was wrongfully arrested for attempting to illegally lure a child after police relied on a face recognition match that was inaccurate, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, even though he lived more than 300 miles from the scene and says he had never set foot in the city where the crime took place.Robert Dillon, a 52-year-old commercial crabber from Fort Myers, was arrested after FACES—a face recognition system operated by Florida’s Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office—matched his face against a photo of a man on a computer screen taken with a cellphone. The system returned a “93…
No more burner phones in the US? Probably, if the FCC’s newly proposed rules come into effect.Burner phones aren’t like your iPhone 17 and nowhere near the Galaxy S26 Ultra. They are cheap, temporary devices that you use for a short time and then throw away or stop using. The big idea behind it is privacy: there’s no long-term contract or your real identity. For that to happen, you need to pay in cash and if you’re asked for your email, don’t give it. Ask the rep to activate it for you.The FCC doesn’t like that. The new ways Will smartphones…

Foundations First: Four Pillars Every Enterprise Needs Before AI Twenty years of building data platforms teaches you something that nobody puts in the AI hype cycle: the algorithm is the easy part. I have spent my career on the layer underneath. The data pipelines, system architecture, and governance infrastructure connect raw enterprise data to the models that eventually use it. It is unglamorous work compared to training a model or fine-tuning a transformer. But it is the work that decides whether AI actually makes it to production or quietly stalls in a staging environment somewhere. In December 2025, I gave…
I also like that the Kindle Scribe stylus has a button on it that switches to highlight mode, which is especially convenient as a reader if you wanted to easily switch from underlining or note-taking to highlighting a passage. While the ReMarkable is more accurate and has an impressive paper feel to it, I actually think either Scribe model feels a little more comfortable and convenient to use, especially since you don’t need to pay extra for the eraser point. But the slimmer second-generation Scribe is slightly more comfortable to write with, at least for my hands.Reading Winner: Both Kindle…
For a sequel to a largely unimpressive and arguably overpriced product many of you were expecting for several years, the AirPods Max 2 went official a few months back with a pretty underwhelming set of capabilities and specs, as well as the same hard-to-stomach price point as the original 2020 edition. Apple AirPods Max 2 $50 off (9%) Unveiled less than three months ago and discounted for the first time very shortly thereafter, Apple’s long overdue second-gen AirPods Max are on sale at their best price to date in Midnight, Purple, Orange, Blue, and Starlight colors with no Prime membership…
