I love using AI on my smartphones, but only if it saves me time and effort. I can’t say enough about how using Gemini as the digital assistant on my Pixel 6 Pro gives me great in-depth responses to my queries, quickly sets alarms and timers, handles text messages I wish to send and calls want to make.REALLY is an MVNO that uses the T-Mobile 5G networkAdam Lyons, the founder and CEO of REALLY, an MVNO that uses the T-Mobile network, has another idea on how to employ AI in the wireless industry. Both privilege escalation vulnerabilities stem from bugs in the kernel’s handling of page caches stored in memory, allowing untrusted users to modify them. They target caches in networking and memory-fragment handling components. Specifically, CVE-2026-43284 attacks the esp4 and esp6 () processes, and CVE-2026-43500 zeroes in on rxrpc. Last week’s CopyFail exploited faulty page caching in the authencesn AEAD template process, which is used for IPsec extended sequence numbers. A 2022 vulnerability named Dirty Pipe also stemmed from flaws that allow attackers to overwrite page caches. Back in 2024, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman predicted that generative AI would quickly begin reshaping the economy. “We believe that, in 2025, we may see the first AI agents ‘join the workforce’ and materially change the output of companies.” Two years later, AI agents still can’t even properly run a café. San Francisco-based startup Andon Labs recently put an AI agent nicknamed “Mona” in charge of a shop in Stockholm, Sweden to sell people coffee and sandwiches. As the AP reported on Monday (via PC Gamer), it’s not gone super great. Mona runs on Google’s Gemini model and was put…

Last year’s rollout of iOS 26 was striking, with the translucent Liquid Glass aesthetic. Apple has since iterated on its smartphone’s software, though some users continue to voice their displeasure.
